New registration
Your registration is only final after receipt of the complete file with the application fee.
For any new registration at the school, an application fee is charged for the administrative management of new registrations, payable in one payment. This application fee is charged in the first year of registration at the establishment, regardless of the duration. They may be subject to a deferral of registration to the following year.
The application fees are not refundable, and remain definitively acquired by the establishment, even in the event of cancellation.
Regulation of tuition
The payment of tuition must be made on the scheduled dates, without any other notice from us.
The cost of tuition, indicated for each training, is established for a single payment in cash on July 15 before each academic year.
In the case of a choice spread over several payments (3 or 6 times), a payment increased by administrative fees is established for each training as indicated in the table of prices appearing inside our brochure or on our website. They can be subject to a deferral of registration to the following year.
Students who are not nationals of the European Union must pay the full tuition fees in one go on July 15.
If for any reason, the student were to interrupt his/her studies of his/her own volition, the tuition would be due in full. Only a serious reason of a serious and irreversible nature can result in a total or partial refund. In all cases, the board of directors of the institution is sovereign in its decision. In the event of a student being dismissed from the institution for disciplinary reasons, no reimbursement will be considered.
Billing terms.
An invoice for tuition fees and accessories will be made available, upon request, during October, following the start of the academic year. This invoice will be issued in the student’s name.
Additional costs to be expected.
Tuition fees do not cover the acquisition of personal equipment essential for pursuing studies in the communication, design, animation, gaming or digital sectors. Thus, the student must, from the start of the school year, be equipped, at his/her own expense, with a laptop and a smartphone. Purchases of books and various subscription fees are also to be expected during the course of the course (max budget €150/year).
In addition, students are required to use, at school or at home, a certain number of essential professional software such as Adobe, Office, Slack, Teams, etc. applications. Since the use of all these tools is systematic for the students of the establishment, the school offers a “technical pack” to which it is mandatory to subscribe at the start of the school year.
Any schooling started is due in full.
Additional information
You have a right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by the Consumer Code, without giving a reason, and within 14 days from the signing of your registration application. To exercise this right, you simply need to send us your decision by means of an unambiguous declaration, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the following address:
